Your purchase didn't work out as you hoped? Just not loving it? We get it!
Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within our 14 day exchange policy with receipt.
- All sale items are final, including items purchased online with discount codes.
- Exchanged items must remain un-washed, un-worn and all tags attached
- Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end.
- We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout
- Cancellations - Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order at this time including adding discounts. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made before your order is processed.
- International (outside of Canada) orders are final sale.
All items are inspected and shipped in new condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you do not contact us about the issue within the 3 days we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue. Please make sure to inspect your items, we always want happy shoppers!
- The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer if items are exchanged for reasons other than damaged goods or wrongfully shipped items.
All returns take approximately 5-7 business days processing time to receive a refund once delivered back to our location. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable, worn, or not in original condition will be sent back at the customers expense. Returns will be credited onto the original method of payment.
